Chai Nagri delivers to every location/pin code in India. We offer Express (2-4 business days via Bluedart/Delhivery/DTDC/Fedex) shipping options depending on the pincode.

Chai Nagri offers free Express shipping for all orders above a Rs. 399. Below that we charge Rs. 65 flat.

Chai Nagri ships to 125+ countries (almost everywhere) in the world. We offer Express (5-7 business days via DHL & Fedex) & EMS (3-5 weeks via Government post) shipping options depending on the country. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Orders received before noon IST (Indian Standard Time) usually ship out the same business day. Orders received after this time generally leave the next business day. Please note that our International delivery partner, DHL/FedEx does not deliver Chai Nagri orders on Saturday and Sundays.

Please note that we do not accept cancellations once the orders have been dispatched from our fulfillment center.
