Chai Nagri began as a simple dream over endless cups of chai at a humble thadi. We were two middle-class childhood friends who became engineers, with nothing but β‚Ή35,000, big dreams, and the courage to say no to comfort and yes to chaos. We quietly left our well-paid jobs without telling our parents, took taunts on the chin, β€œEngineering karke chai bech rahe ho?” from friends and society, and opened a tiny tea stall in Panchkula. We faced losses, rejections, and even a near collapse during the COVID-19 pandemic. But we kept going, not knowing we were scripting the first page of a national brand's story. Today, Chai Nagri is more than just a cafΓ© chain; it is an emotion, a movement. From β‚Ή90 a day to β‚Ή3 lakh a day. From 1 employee to a 140+ strong family.

From one stall to 30+ Running Outlets across 7 States in India. Our journey has been full of burnt fingers, broken cups, and breakthrough moments. And the best part? We have done all of this by ourselves with no outside investors. Just belief, consistency, and our Indian spirit. It wasn’t just our cafΓ©s that kept us going; it was the love and support of people around us that made us believe in something bigger! A thought sparked: β€œWhy limit ourselves to cafΓ©s? Why not dream global?” And that is how our journey into premium retailing of the best quality tea leaves and gifting began! From serving India’s biggest corporate names to exporting globally, what began as a humble university stall is now proudly finding its place on shelves across the world.

At Chai Nagri, our culture is our secret Kadak ingedreant, people-first, purpose-driven, and always engaged (either in work or sipping flavours). Sustainability

Here, sustainability is not a PR campaign - it is our operating system. Our disposables are plastic-free, made from bagasse, bamboo, and recycled paper without plastic coatings. In our loose-leaf teas, we didn’t use a microplastic tea bag and included a reusable stainless-steel infuser and spoon to reduce single-use. Tins are durable and refillable, and coasters are eco-friendly.
